We ship Monday to Friday, not on the same day as the order. For items from our overseas supplier, tracking usually pauses 2–7 days (sometimes up to 8–12) before the package is processed in the US. Read the Shipping Policy.
Where to find your tracking
Order confirmation email
Right after checkout we email you an order confirmation with your order number. Keep it handy.
Shipping update
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation that includes the tracking number when one is available.
