How long does delivery take?

Orders ship Monday to Friday, not on the day they are placed. Our shipping policy estimates 12–15 working days to the United States, 15–25 to Canada and Europe and 20–30 to other countries.

What if my item arrives faulty, damaged or wrong?

Email support@lumisette.com within 15 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the problem. Returns must be approved by our support team before anything is sent back. The refund policy explains every case.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 6 hours of purchase on the same day, as long as the order has not moved into preparation. The refund amount depends on when you cancel; see the refund policy.
